Product Description
Roller cradles are used in pipeline lay down operation. The rollers evenly distribute the pressure on the pipe, avoiding the risk of cracking the welds and preserving the coating.
Roller Cradles are designed to support pipes and pipeline lifting machineries. Each cradle consists of wide range pipe sizes. The unique design permits quick disassembly for transit and storage. Multiple urethane rollers configured to support the pipe evenly and to prevent any damages on the coating.
The use of polyurethane rollers also eliminates the risk of damaging the polyethylene or FBE pipe coating that can occur using regular steel wheel cradles. In addition, high standard ropes are provided with the cradle in order to ensure long lasting life and safe operation at site. The Pipeline Equipments roller cradles can be easily disassembled for fast site repair and maintenance and optimized storage and transport. The Pipeline Equipment roller cradles comply with all applicable standards

Heavy-Duty Construction for Maximum LongevityCrafted from premium alloy steel and protected by a resilient powder-coated finish, the Pipeline Roller Cradle is built for the toughest pipeline construction sites. Its robust configuration ensures exceptional resistance to corrosion and the rigors of daily use, providing longevity even in harsh climates. Ideal for repeated use, it reduces operational downtime and accommodates varying weights, with its net weight ranging from 70 to 200 kg depending on the specific model.
Enhanced Pipe Protection and Smooth OperationEmploying dense polyurethane or rubber rollers, the cradle minimizes pipe surface damage during installation. The non-marring roller material is specifically designed to maintain the integrity of pipe coatings, reducing costly repairs. The multi-wheel setup promotes even load distribution, enabling smooth, 360 pipe rotation and benefiting both manual control and precise alignment on-site.
Portable, User-Friendly, and Easily CustomizableEngineered for ease of transport, the cradle can be quickly dismantled and reassembled as required. Heavy-duty detachable handles facilitate manual maneuverability, while the absence of electrical components allows use in remote locations without power supply. Customizable belt lengths and color choices (standard yellow/black, with others available) meet diverse operational and branding preferences.
FAQ's of Pipeline Roller Cradle:
Q: How do I determine if the Pipeline Roller Cradle suits my pipe size?
A: The roller cradle is compatible with pipes ranging from 8 to 48 inches in diameter. For optimal performance, select the model matching your pipe's specifications. Custom belt length options are available to ensure a precise fit.
Q: What steps are involved in setting up the Pipeline Roller Cradle at a job site?
A: Assembly is straightforward: simply attach the detachable handles, position the rollers, and secure pipes using the safety locking mechanism. The cradle's lightweight, modular design makes relocation and setup efficient with minimal tools required.
Q: Where is this cradle most effectively used?
A: This equipment is primarily used for pipeline laying and installation in mainline, construction, and oil & gas sectors, especially where safeguarding pipe coatings and ensuring stability during movement are critical.
Q: What benefits do the non-marring rollers provide during pipeline installation?
